This course will focus on introducing people to the practice of yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
This new program designed by Michael, and here is what participants will get out of this program.
a. An introduction to the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breathwork.
b. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration.
d. Students will feel More Comfortable And Less Self-Conscious
d. Students can focus On personal goals & needs
e. Students can reduce anxiety without triggering other stressors
f. Students will develop a sense of proprioception
g. Students will gain an understanding of basic alignment principles
h. Students will build a basic home practice to add to their other movement practices
Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this series is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses. Beginner level/Basic.
