This program will explore standing poses, balacing poses, and healthy twist for beginners.
This new program designed by Michael, and here is what participants will get out of this program.
a. Understanding of some standing and balancing yoga poses.
b. A better understanding of alignment in standing, twists and balancing poses.
c. How to incorporate breath with movement
d. Students will feel More Comfortable And Less Self-Conscious
