This program will explore seated poses, an introduction to backbend, and a 60 mins gentle flow yoga for beginners.
This new program designed by Michael, and here is what participants will get out of this program.
a. Understanding of the basics of seated yoga poses as well as backbends in yoga.
b. A better understanding of alignment in seated and back bending poses.
c. How to incorporate breath with movement.
d. Students will feel More Comfortable And Less Self-Conscious
d. Students can focus On personal goals & needs
e. Students can reduce anxiety without triggering other stressors
f. Students will develop a sense of proprioception
