Brief info

Daryn brings a traditional approach to the practice of yoga uniting the asana (physical movement) with breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). Having studied yoga in the Himalayan foothills from where it all began he feels a deep connection to these ancient spiritual practices and aims to bring this knowledge to his students. He sees yoga as having great potential to transform the body and mind leaving us healthier, more open, balanced and in touch with our true nature. His classes can be physically demanding but he encourages students to work at their own pace ensuring a safe and evolving practice.
